"Dear Estelle,  'Thank You' seems so inadequate for the job that you did on that pyramid cake. It was AMAZING!!! Fady was in total shock and Mona's Restaurant said that without a doubt it was the most beautiful cake that they had ever had the pleasure of serving there - they called it a 'true piece of art'.  I could not believe how you got the hieroglyphics of his name so perfect.  The colouring of the pyramid was also so incredible and matched the flavouring so well. The presentation of the cake was indeed the highlight of a perfect evening.

Estelle, again, 'thank you' from the bottom of all the hearts that were there to celebrate and support Fady. I look forward to ordering and selecting the next cake already!!! "
