The first step in ordering your wedding cake is to call for a consultation with Estelle. Her mission is to provide cakes that are as beautiful and unique as possible, and she will work with you to design the wedding cake that best reflects your personal style.

It is helpful in this first meeting to bring any pictures or samples of fabric, ribbon, flowers, napkins, etc. The design of your wedding gown, the print on the invitation, or the flowers in your bouquet can become the inspiration for an exquisite one of a kind cake. Estelle’s inspiration comes from everywhere; artists, fabric, architecture, nature, fashion; and with bold colours becoming more and more popular, the design options are endless.

After choosing the design, the next step is to choose the flavour. We believe there are no rules when it comes to wedding cakes, you don’t have to be limited to fruitcake or white cake with white frosting. Couples now can choose anything from chocolate mousse to tiramisu. We only use the finest ingredients in our wedding cakes, since we believe your cake should not only look great, but taste great as well. A tasting can be arranged after the first consultation.

Attention to detail is what sets our cakes apart, and to maintain our high standards we only take one wedding cake order per day. To ensure that your cake arrives in the best possible condition, Estelle will personally deliver and set it up at your reception site.
